TERMS + CONDITIONS
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY AND THOROUGHLY

 SECURING YOUR SESSION

A 50% deposit of a chosen package is required to secure date and time for ALL sessions.  I will reserve the date and time agreed upon and will not make other reservations for that date or time, for this reason, deposits are non – refundable.

Life happens and schedules change. As a result, I typically do not schedule sessions more than 2 months in advance.

   CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING

In the event reschedule is necessary due to inclement weather, illness, personal or family emergency, the new session date will be scheduled as soon as possible. Reschedule is possible only 1 time. If new date is not scheduled within 3 months from the date of purchase, Client session fee will be lost. 
In the event that I am unable to perform required Work on the day of the session/event, due to illness, personal or family emergency, a full refund of session payment will be provided to Client within 5 days of scheduled event.

Clients are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled session. In the event of lateness, the session will still end at the originally agreed time to respect other bookings.

If the Client is more than 15 minutes late, the session may be shortened accordingly. If the Client is more than 30 minutes late, the session may be considered a no-show and may be cancelled without refund of the deposit.

The session extension may be possible only if there are no subsequent bookings.

Any extension of shooting time is subject to Photographer’s availability and will require an additional fee, agreed upon on the day of the session.

PAYMENT PROCEDURES

The first payment is your deposit and it will go to your balance, that you can spend for the chosen package.

The second payment is to be done at the day of the shoot: you can cover the minimal package and then pay the rest when decided on the package. 

Delivery of selected and retouched pictures means that my job is done and all the payments should be completed by that time.

PICTURE DELIVERY 
 

Clients will receive a digital gallery of edited images  within 2 weeks of the session date. Galleries will automatically expire after 30 days.

COPYRIGHTS

Katrin Dora Photography retains copyright of all images provided - print or digital. Images provided to client may not be reproduced in any way, unless indicated by a print release. Images provided by Katrin Dora Photography may not be cropped or altered in any way.
